6 signs your Cat has flea’s
1. Lots of scratching and rubbing on different things. The same as dogs they will start to chew their own skin which can lead to skin damage
2.Notice where your cat goes and if it tends to stay out of areas that contain a lot fo carpet, this will be an indication that the carpet is infected.
3. Cat appears to lose weight and muscle. The could be a symptom of many illnesses but its common when it happens with Flea bites. Cats also appear to have very pale gums and mouth areas. The will generally happen to kittens if they get flea’s as they have a limited blood supply.
4. Aggressive out of the blue behavoir, such as running around the room clawring things and generally acting agitated. You can understand why a cat would act like this if they were covered in flea bites
5.Cats sometime lose a lot of hair when they have flea’s. This happens because of excessive scratching and grooming of the skin. If your cat has any type of blad patching then its most likely Fleas or a skin condition. Either way you will need to treat it.
6. Small black pinheaded sized bugs crawling on your cats hair. These are the flea’s, they are searching for a good place to bite. Most LFeas congregate around the neck which is why we have flea collars.
